Crisis in cooperative: UDF to decide on future agiational programmes after Delhi mission

Thiruvananthapuram: The UDF has decided to press for permission to cooperative banks to exchange demonetised notes and be part of the all-party delegation going to Delhi to represent the matter before Prime Minister.

The Front, which met here on Monday, also favoured joint agitations by employees of cooperatives and office bearers irrespective of party affiliations.

If the delegation fails to get a favourable response from Centre, Kerala would be together in fight against the stand of the Centre. Future agitational programmes in this regard will be discussed and decided at the next meeting of the UDF.
