Thiruvananthapuram: Differences have emerged in Kerala Congress (M) about whether the party should go it alone.
Senior leader P. J. Joseph maintained that alliances were inevitable. However, he is not for alliance with BJP.
Party Chairman K. M. Mani reiterated that the decision was stand alone and get strong.
Party leader Joseph M. Puthussery said that the party had stated that it would have no links with the BJP. Yet, Chief Minister Pinarai Vijayan was maintaining that that Kerala Congress (M) was moving towards NDA. The party had held no discussion with BJP and the matter was not in the party’s agenda, he said.
