Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has clarified that the government order on creative expression by government employees was actually intended to dilute existing provisions.
He had frozen the order when reports to the contrary appeared in the media.

Thiruvananthapuram: The water level in the Mullaperiyar reservoir has crossed 136 feet following heavy rains in the catchment areas and reduction of intake by Tamil Nadu.
There is fear that the water level will be climbing further as it continues to rain in the catchments. The weather bureau has forecast isolated heavy rain over Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep today.
