ISRO's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle successfully launched the 371 kg SCATSAT-1 Satellite along with seven co-passenger satellites on Monday morning from Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR, Sriharikota.

UDF members of the Opposition disrupted the proceedings of Kerala Assembly over self-financing college issue on Monday, forcing a brief adjournment of the House.
